What happens to your details

Everyone can see the type of fault, your description, the photo and the spot on the map. Please do not put names, phone numbers or house numbers in the description, and do not photograph people or number plates.

Your name and phone number are private. You do not have to give them. They go to Omar Khan at Khan's Butchery and the volunteers who help him follow up faults. Nobody else sees them.

They are used only to ask you about this fault or to tell you what happened to it. They are never used for advertising, never for any election campaign, and never given or sold to anyone.
